The systems were sent after RT LTA Systems received a contract to provide four Skystar Aerostat Systems to a governmental agency at a country in Central America.
Under the contract, RT LTA provided three SkyStar 180 aerostat systems and one SkyStar 110 micro-tactical aerostat system.

Aero-T, RT's subsidiary,  has completed the development and production of a first SkyGuard 1 aerostat system

SkyGuard1 is a large aerostat in a Blimp shape, which can carry payloads of up to 90 kg and reach altitudes of up to 1,000 meters

The first of three Skystar 180 Systems for Surveillance were sent to a country in West Africa.
